基于成人高校大学生创新精神培养的需求分析

摘　　要：在知识经济时代的宏大背景下,国际竞争已逐渐转变为对具备创新精神与创新能力的专业人才的竞争。这种转变凸显了培养高素质创新人才的重要性和紧迫性,对这类人才的培养日益受到社会各界的广泛关注和重视。作为终身教育方式的成人教育,培养创新人才应建立在社会、企业和成人高校大学生对创新精神需求的基础上。文章以成人高校的大学生作为研究对象,以北京市东城区职工大学为例,通过问卷调查和个案访谈,明确成人高校大学生对创新精神培养的需求,提出目前教学体系存在的问题,并以学生需求导向为前提,为以培养成人高校大学生创新精神为目标的教学改革提供参考和建议。In the era of knowledge-based economy,international competition is mainly embodied in the competition of innovative talents with innovative spirit,so greater importance has been attached to cultivating high-quality innovative talents.For innovative talent training,adult education,as a form of lifelong education,should focus on the cultivation of innovative spirit to meet the needs of the society,enterprises and adult college students.Taking adult college students as the research object,illustrated by the case of Beijing Dongcheng Staff and Workers University,and through questionnaire survey and case interviews,this paper clarifies the needs of adult college students for the cultivation of innovative spirit,and points out the existing problems in the current teaching system,aimed at providing reference and suggestions for the teaching reform with the goal of cultivating the innovative spirit of adult college students.
