摘 要:针对轿车前围挡板零件成形复杂、变形不易控制、拉延起皱和开裂等问题。首先,分析了轿车前围挡板零件的结构特点,基于零件特点和冲压要求确定了拉延成形、修边、侧修边-侧冲孔、冲孔-修边-翻边和侧翻边-翻孔5道冲压工序的成形工艺。其次,采用数值模拟方法对第1工序拉延成形进行模拟计算,探究了不同压边力对零件成形质量的影响规律,得到压边力应控制在550 k N以内,最大减薄率为30.222%,位置在零件两侧小圆角区域,最大增厚率为11.969%,位置在修边线以外,满足设计要求。最后,基于工艺设计和模具设计要求,设计了零件成形模具并进行了实验验证。结果表明:理论工艺设计、工艺分析和模具设计合理,可为车身覆盖件开发提供经验。Aiming at the problems of complex forming,difficult deformation control,drawing wrinkling and cracking of car front wall panel parts,firstly,the structural characteristics of car front wall panel parts were analyzed,and based on the features of parts and the requirements of stamping,the stamping process with five passes of drawing,trimming,side trimming-side punching,punching-trimming-flanging and side flanging-flanging hole was determined.Then,the simulated calculation of the first process of drawing was conducted by numerical simulation method,and the influence law of different blank holder forces on the forming quality of parts was explored.Furthermore,the blank holder force was controlled within 550 k N,the maximum thinning rate was 30.222%in the small fillet areas on both sides of the part,and the maximum thickening rate was 11.969%outside the trimming line,which met the design requirements.Finally,based on the requirements of process design and die design,a forming die of part was designed and verified by experiment.The results show that the theoretical process design,process analysis and die design are reasonable,which can provide experience for the development of car body panel.
