摘 要:目的探讨食药用菌新品种金耳在微波萃取条件下其总黄酮的体外抗氧化作用。方法采用分光光度法分别测定了金耳总黄酮对羟基自由基、超氧阴离子自由基、DPPH自由基的清除能力及相对还原能力,同时与维生素C(VC)进行了对比。结果在0.14 mg/ml浓度时,金耳总黄酮对羟基自由基的清除率为84%。在0.07 mg/ml浓度时,其对超氧阴离子自由基的清除率为91%,在0.12 mg/ml浓度时,其对DPPH自由基的清除率为90%,同时金耳总黄酮还有较强的还原能力。结论金耳总黄酮在一定浓度范围内具有良好的体外抗氧化作用。Objective To explore the in vitro antioxidant effect of total flavonoids of the new edible and medicinal fungus Aurantium aurantium under microwave extraction.Methods The scavenging ability to hydroxyl radical,superoxide anion radical and DPPH radical,and relative reducing ability of total flavonoids were determined by spectrophotometry,and compared with vitamin C(VC).Results At 0.14 mg/ml,the scavenging rate of hydroxyl radical was 84%.At the concentration of 0.07 mg/ml,the scavenging rate of superoxide anion free radical was 91%,and at the concentration of 0.12 mg/ml,the scavenging rate of DPPH free radical was 90%,and the total flavonoids of Aurantium aurantium also had a strong reducing ability.Conclusion The total flavonoids of auriculus auriculus have a good antioxidant effect in vitro within a certain concentration range.
