摘  要:为改善逆变器输出电能质量、提高输出电压增益,提出一种可拓展的十九电平开关电容逆变器。通过特定谐波消除(SHE)调制策略控制直流电源和电容器的串并联转换,实现9倍电压增益的十九电平阶梯波,使系统具有较低的总谐波畸变率(THD=2.06%),改善了电能质量,且电容器电压无需外接电路就能实现自平衡,简化了系统的控制。此外,分别在拓扑前级和后级增加若干数量的拓展模块,即可进一步实现更高增益和更多电平数的输出。通过与其他开关电容多电平逆变器(SCMI)相比,所提拓扑在参数方面有一定优势。最后在仿真和实验平台上验证了所提结构的优越性和合理性。In order to improve the output power quality and increase the output voltage gain of the inverter,an expandable 19-level switched capacitor inverter is proposed.Specific harmonic elimination(SHE)modulation strategy is used to control the serial-parallel conversion of DC power supply and capacitor and the 19-level step wave with 9 times voltage gain is realized.The system has low total harmonic distortion(THD=2.06%)and the power quality is improved.And the capacitor voltage does not need an external circuit to achieve self-balance,simplifying the control of the system.In addition,a number of expansion modules are added to the topological front stage and back stage respectively to further achieve higher gain and more level output.Compared with other switched capacitor multilevel inverter(SCMI),the proposed topology has some advantages in parameters.Finally,the superiority and rationality of the proposed structure are verified on the simulation and experiment platform.
