摘  要:目的 分析思维导图教学模式在护理实习生心律失常心电图教学中的应用效果。方法 选择2020年7月-2022年3月在医院实习的广西医科大学护理学院46名专升本护理实习生(以下简称护生)为观察组,根据组间基线资料均衡可比原则,选取该院校44名专升本护生为对照组。对照组采用传统教学方法,观察组在传统教学方法的基础上,引入思维导图教学模式。实习4周后,比较两组护生实习前后理论成绩、实习结束后心律失常心电图知识考核总成绩和教学满意度。结果 两组护生实习结束后的理论成绩均高于实习前,组内比较差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。实习后,两组护生的理论成绩组间比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);实践分析成绩和总成绩比较,观察组护生均高于对照组,组间比较差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。引入思维导图教学模式的观察组护生在对实践能力、学习积极性、学习信心、学习趣味性以及总体满意度方面评分均高于对照组,组间比较差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)结论 将思维导图引入教学设计,可提高专升本护生心律失常心电图的教学效果。Objective To analyze the application effect of mind mapping teaching mode in electrocardiogram teaching of nursing interns with arrhythmia.Method 46 nursing interns(hereinafter referred to as nursing students)who interned at the School of Nursing,Guangxi Medical University from July 2020 to March 2022 were selected as the observation group.According to the principle of balanced and comparable baseline data between groups,44 nursing students from this university were selected as the control group.The control group adopted traditional teaching methods,while the observation group introduced a mind map teaching mode on the basis of traditional teaching methods.After 4 weeks of internship,compare the theoretical scores of two groups of nursing students before and after the internship,the total score of arrhythmia electrocardiogram knowledge assessment after the internship,and teaching satisfaction.Results The theoretical scores of the two groups of nursing students after the internship were higher than before,and the differences within the group were statistically significant(P<0.05).After the internship,there was no statistically significant difference in the theoretical scores between the two groups of nursing students(P>0.05);The comparison of practical analysis scores and total scores showed that the nursing students in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,and the differences between the groups were statistically significant(P<0.05).The observation group of nursing students who introduced the mind mapping teaching mode scored higher than the control group in terms of practical ability,learning enthusiasm,learning confidence,learning interest,and overall satisfaction.The differences between the groups were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Introducing mind mapping into teaching design can improve the teaching effect of arrhythmia electrocardiogram for nursing students in vocational colleges.
