摘 要:创面微环境与创面愈合的速度和质量直接相关,其由多种物理、化学及生物因素构成,且正常情况下这些因素处于动态平衡。为了解各类物理、化学和生物因素对不同创面愈合的影响,并在今后可以有针对性地创造出能促进创面愈合的微环境,该文对影响创面愈合的温度、湿度、pH值、氧、微生物、生物力学等外部微环境因素进行综述。Wound microenvironment is directly related to the speed and quality of wound healing,and it is composed of various physical,chemical,and biological factors,and these factors are in a dynamic balance under normal conditions.In order to understand the effects of various physical,chemical,and biological factors on wound healing and to create microenvironment that can promote wound healing,this paper reviewed several wound external microenvironment factors including temperature,humidity,pH values,oxygen,microorganism,and biomechanics.
