摘  要:高质量发展是新时期公立医院发展的主旋律。样本医院聚焦DRG/DIP融合管理,通过团队融合、数据融合、系统融合、制度融合等创新实践,实现病种收治难度系数增长、低分值与基层病种收治占比下降、药费占比下降、运行效率提升等成效,有效推动公立医院高质高效发展,助力实现政府、医院、患者多方共赢。High-quality development is the main theme of the development of public hospitals in the new era.The sample hospitals focus on DRG/DIP fusion management,and through innovative management practices such as team integration,data integration,system integration,and system integration,the difficulty coefficient of treatment for disease categories has increased,the proportion of treatment for low scores and primary diseases has decreased,the proportion of drug costs has decreased,and the operation efficiency have improved.The reforms have effectively promoted the high-quality and efficient development of public hospitals to assist in achieving win-win results for the government,public hospitals and patients.
