摘  要:采用植物靛蓝作为染料,结合传统的扎染工艺,通过对染色过程中不同条件的控制和不同的扎染技法的实践,研究了植物靛蓝在扎染中的应用效果。采用测试配色仪对棉织物样品的K/S值进行测定,通过洗涤和摩擦的标准化方法,测定其色牢度。试验结果表明,植物靛蓝多次染色后的纺织品可达到较高的K/S值和色牢度,且扎染后的织物具有独特的纹理和色彩效果。这种染色方式不仅符合现代消费者对绿色环保的需求,而且能够传承和发扬传统工艺,展现其独特的文化价值。This article used plant indigo as a dye,combined with traditional tie-dyeing techniques,and studied the application effect of plant indigo in tie-dyeing through the control of different conditions and the practice of different tie-dyeing techniques during the dyeing process.The K/S value of cotton fabric samples was determined by a test color matching instrument,and its color fastness was determined by standardizing washing and rubbing methods.The experimental results showed that textiles dyed multiple times with plant indigo could achieve high K/S values and color fastness,and the dyed fabrics had unique texture and color effects.This dyeing method not only meets the modern consumers' demand for green environmental protection,but also inherits and carries forward traditional craftsmanship,showing its unique cultural value.
