摘　　要：釉质龋白斑(White Spot Lesions, WSLs)是口腔正畸临床上一种常见的并发症,近年来随着激光技术的快速发展,有学者倾向于将激光用于WSLs的治疗中,并取得了良好的治疗效果;激光技术对保护患者牙齿健康、维持矫治后的美观效果有重要意义。本文回顾近年来激光治疗WSLs的相关内容,梳理了激光治疗WSLs的作用机制。White Spot Lesions(WSLs)are a prevalent complication in orthodontic practice.In recent years,the utilization of laser technology in WSL treatment has garnered attention,yielding promising therapeutic outcomes.Laser technology holds significant value in safeguarding dental health and preserving aesthetic outcomes post-treatment.This article provides a review of recent advancements in laser treatment for WSLs and summarizes the underlying mechanisms of action involved in this approach.
