摘 要:利用显微镜法、燃烧法、溶解法,并结合红外光谱法来鉴别壳聚糖纤维。通过分析与比较,提出了较为实用且简单易行的鉴别方法,并对壳聚糖纤维的脱乙酰度进行测定。结果表明,壳聚糖纤维的脱乙酰度为84.50%,验证了壳聚糖纤维的脱乙酰度至少为75%的鉴定,保证了定性结果的准确性。By using microscopy,combustion,dissolution,and combined infrared spectroscopy chitosan fibers were identified.A more practical and simple identification method was proposed through analysis and comparison and the degree of deacetylation of chitosan fibers was measured.The results showed that the degree of deacetylation of chitosan fibers was 84.50%.It was verified that the degree of deacetylation of chitosan fibers was at least 75%,ensuring the accuracy of qualitative results.
