听障中学生自我污名与心理健康的关系:歧视知觉的中介作用和希望感的调节作用

摘　　要：为探讨听障中学生自我污名影响其心理健康的内在机制,采用残疾自我污名量表、中学生心理健康量表、听觉障碍学生歧视知觉问卷和儿童希望量表对494名听障中学生进行问卷调查。结果表明:(1)自我污名负向预测听障中学生的心理健康;(2)歧视知觉负向预测听障中学生的心理健康,且在自我污名和心理健康间起中介作用;(3)希望感调节歧视知觉对听障中学生心理健康的影响,即随着希望感的提升,歧视知觉对听障中学生心理健康的影响逐渐减小。本研究揭示了自我污名影响听障中学生心理健康的内部机制,对提升听障中学生以及其他特殊学生群体的心理健康有重要借鉴意义和指导作用。To explore the internal mechanism of self-stigma affecting the mental health of middle school students with hearing impairments,a questionnaire survey was conducted among 494 middle school students with hearing impairments using the Self-Stigma of Disability Scale(SSDS),the Mental Health Test(MHT),the Hearing-Impaired Children Perceived Discrimination Questionnaire and the Children's Hope Scale(CHS).The results showed that:(1)Self-stigma negatively predicted the mental health of middle school students with hearing impairments;(2)Discrimination perception negatively predicted the mental health of middle school students with hearing impairments,and mediated the relationship between self-stigma and mental health;(3)Hope moderated the effect of discrimination perception on the mental health of middle school students with hearing impairments,i.e.,as hope increases,the impact of discrimination perception on the mental health of middle school students with hearing impairments gradually decreased.This study revealed the internal mechanism of self-stigma affecting the mental health of middle school students with hearing impairments,which can also serve as an important reference and guidance for improving the mental health of other groups of students with disabilities.
