摘　　要：压缩机在冶金、石油化工、动力等工业部门应用广泛。滚动隔板作为离心式压缩机的主要组成部件,其结构复杂,对表面质量和内部缺陷检测要求高,因此铸造设计难度较大。阐述了一种滚动隔板的3D+铸造、工艺设计、MAGMA模拟以及铸造生产的全过程,简要介绍在整个工艺设计中“3D+”对比传统铸造的部分优势和一种工艺改进方法。Compressors are widely used in metallurgy,petrochemical,power and other industrial sectors.As the main component of centrifugal compressor,the rolling spacer has a complex structure and high requirements for surface quality and internal defect detection,so the casting design is difficult.The whole process of 3D+casting,process design,MAGMA simulation and casting production of a rolling diaphragm was described,and the advantages of 3D+over traditional casting and a process improvement method were briefly introduced in the whole process design.
