摘  要:为了提高掘进机械在运行过程中的稳定性,提出有色金属矿山横切割头掘进机械残余振动控制方法。首先对横切割头的载荷展开分析,发现横切割头的横摆速度会影响掘进机械的残余振动幅度,随着横摆速度的增大,振动幅度增加;然后建立最优横摆速度模型,引入混沌烟花算法获取残余振动幅度最小时的最优横摆速度;最后将最优横摆速度作为目标速度,根据横切割头的横摆速度计算速度偏差,采用模糊PID控制算法展开横摆速度控制,使实际横摆速度达到最优,以此实现横切割头掘进机械残余振动控制。实验结果表明,所提方法的载荷分析精度高、控制效果好、控制效率高。In order to improve the stability of excavation machinery during operation,a residual vibration control method for non-ferrous metal mine transverse cutting head excavation machinery is proposed.Firstly,an analysis is conducted on the load of the transverse cutting head,and it is found that the lateral velocity of the transverse cutting head affects the residual vibration amplitude of the excavation machinery.As the lateral velocity increases,the vibration amplitude increases;Then it establishes the optimal lateral velocity model and introduces the chaotic fireworks algorithm to obtain the optimal lateral velocity with the smallest residual vibration amplitude;Finally,the optimal lateral velocity is taken as the target velocity,and the velocity deviation is calculated based on the lateral velocity of the transverse cutting head.Fuzzy PID control algorithm is used to carry out lateral velocity control,so as to achieve the optimal actual lateral velocity and achieve residual vibration control of the transverse cutting head excavation machinery.The experimental results show that the proposed method has high accuracy in load analysis,good control effect,and high control efficiency.
