摘　　要：目的探究对闭角型青光眼患者实施532 nm激光联合Nd∶YAG激光行虹膜周边切除术的作用。方法方便选取2020年1月—2023年12月宜兴市中医医院收治的82例闭角型青光眼患者为研究对象,采用盲摸双色球法分为观察组和参照组,各41例。参照组单独用Nd∶YAG激光行虹膜周边切除术治疗,观察组先给予532 nm激光烧灼虹膜周边隐窝,再使用Nd∶YAG激光行虹膜周边切除术。比较两组手术情况、治疗效果及眼压水平。结果观察组激光总点数、激光能量及虹膜一次穿透率明显优于参照组,差异有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。观察组治疗总有效率(97.56%)高于参照组(82.93%),差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=4.987,P<0.05)。观察组术后1 h、术后7 d眼压水平明显优于参照组,差异有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。结论532 nm激光联合Nd∶YAG激光行虹膜周边切除术能够明显改善青光眼患者的手术情况、提高治疗效果,眼压得到明显降低。Objective To investigate the effect of 532 nm laser combined with Nd∶YAG laser for periiridectomy in patients with angle closure glaucoma.Methods A total of 82 patients with angle closure glaucoma from Yixing Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from January 2020 to December 2023 were conveniently selected as the study objects and divided into observation group and reference group by blind touch dichroic ball method,with 41 cases in each group.The reference group was treated with Nd∶YAG laser for periiridectomy.The observation group was treated with Nd∶YAG laser for periiridectomy after 532 nm laser for cautery of periiridectomy.The surgical indexes,treatment outcomes,and intraocular pressure levels between two groups were compared.Results The total number of laser points,laser energy and primary iris penetration in observation group were significantly better than those in reference group,and the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).The total effective rate of treatment of observation group(97.56%)was higher than that of reference group(82.93%),and the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=4.987,P<0.05).The intraocular pressure level of the observation group at 1 h and 7 d after operation was significantly better than that of the reference group,and the differences were statistically significant(both P<0.05).Conclusion Periiridectomy with 532 nm laser combined with Nd∶YAG laser can significantly improve the surgical situation and treatment effect of glaucoma patients,and the intraocular pressure can be significantly reduced.
