宫腔镜电切术治疗子宫肌瘤对患者子宫颈微循环及卵巢功能的影响

摘　　要：目的研究子宫肌瘤患者采用宫腔镜电切术治疗的临床效果。方法选取300例子宫肌瘤患者为研究对象,根据抛硬币法分为常规组(150例)和研究组(150例)。常规组行腹腔镜子宫黏膜下肌瘤剔除术,研究组行宫腔镜电切术治疗。比较两组患者的手术效果。结果术后,研究组毛细血管管径、子宫颈血流灌注、血液流态积分分别为(6.45±0.40)μm、(0.85±0.08)V、(0.62±0.09)分,均优于常规组的(5.96±0.40)μm、(1.01±0.10)V、(0.91±0.12)分,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。术后,两组各项卵巢功能指标水平比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论子宫肌瘤患者接受宫腔镜电切术治疗的效果理想,值得推广。Objective To study the clinical effect of hysteroscopic electrotomy of uterine fibroids.Methods 300 patients with uterine fibroids were selected as the study subjects and were divided into a routine group(150 cases)and a research group(150 cases)according to coin toss.The laparoscopic myomectomy was performed in the routine group,and the hysteroscopic electrotomy was performed in the research group.The operative effects of the two groups were compared.Results After operation,the capillary diameter,cervical blood perfusion and blood flow score of the research group were(6.45±0.40)μm,(0.85±0.08)V and(0.62±0.09)points,respectively,which were better than(5.96±0.40)μm,(1.01±0.10)V,(0.91±0.12)points of the routine group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).After operation,there were no significant differences in the levels of various ovarian function indexes between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion The effect of hysteroscopic electrotomy on patients with uterine fibroids is ideal,and it is worth popularizing.
