64排螺旋CT诊断子宫肌瘤与卵巢肿瘤的临床效果观察

摘　　要：目的观察64排螺旋CT诊断子宫肌瘤与卵巢肿瘤的效果。方法选取子宫肌瘤与卵巢肿瘤患者各30例为研究对象,均接受64排螺旋CT检查,分析检查结果。结果子宫肌瘤组的子宫动脉显示率为76.67%,低于卵巢肿瘤组的100%,平均直径为(9.31±1.05)cm,小于对照组的(11.26±2.31)cm,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组卵巢静脉显影率,卵巢动脉显影率、诊断准确度比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论64排螺旋CT扫描诊断子宫肌瘤与卵巢肿瘤的优点较多,能提供高质量的图像信息,对病情做出准确评估,为治疗方案的制订奠定良好基础。Objective To observe the effect of 64 slice spiral CT in the diagnosis of uterine fibroids and ovarian tumors.Methods 30 patients with uterine fibroids and 30 patients with ovarian tumors were selected as the study objects.All patients were examined by 64 slice spiral CT.The results were analyzed.Results The display rate of the uterine artery in the uterine fibroid group was 76.67%,lower than 100% in the ovarian tumor group,and the mean diameter was(9.31±1.05)cm,lower than(11.26±2.31)cm in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05);there were no significant differences in the ovarian venous imaging rate,ovarian artery imaging rate and diagnostic accuracy between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion 64 slice spiral CT scanning has many advantages in the diagnosis of uterine fibroids and ovarian tumors,which can provide high-quality image information,make accurate assessment of the disease,and lay a good foundation for the formulation of treatment plan.
