宫瘤清胶囊联合他莫昔芬在绝经期子宫肌瘤患者中的临床效果分析

摘　　要：目的 探究绝经期子宫肌瘤患者使用宫瘤清胶囊联合他莫昔芬进行治疗的临床疗效。方法 选取本院80例绝经期子宫肌瘤患者为研究对象,按照抽签法分为两组,各40例。参照组采用枸橼酸他莫昔芬片治疗,观察组在参照组的基础上搭配使用宫瘤清胶囊,比较两组治疗前后激素以及炎性因子指标水平、临床疗效。结果 治疗前,两组的激素水平及炎性因子指标比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。治疗后,两组的激素水平及炎性因子水平均明显降低,且观察组低于参照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组的治疗总有效率高于参照组(P<0.05)。结论 绝经期子宫肌瘤患者采用宫瘤清胶囊联合他莫昔芬进行治疗,能够有效地降低患者的激素水平,改善炎性因子指标,提升临床治疗的效果,更加安全有效,值得大力推广与应用。Objective To explore the clinical efficacy of using Gongyuqing Capsules combined with Tamoxifen for the treatment of postmenopausal uterine fibroids.Methods 80 patients with menopausal uterine fibroids in our hospital were selected as the research subjects and divided into two groups by drawing lots,with 40 cases in each group.The reference group was treated with tamoxifen citrate tablets,while the observation group was treated with Gongliuqing capsules in addition to the reference group.The levels of hormone and inflammatory factor indicators,as well as clinical efficacy,were compared between the two groups before and after treatment.Results Before treatment,there was no statistically significant difference in hormone levels and inflammatory factor indicators between the two groups(P>0.05).After treatment,the levels of hormones and inflammatory factors in both groups were significantly reduced,and the observation group was lower than the control group,with statistical significance(P<0.05).The total effective rate of treatment in the observation group was higher than that in the reference group(P<0.05).Conclusion The combination of Gongliuqing Capsules and Tamoxifen can effectively reduce hormone levels,improve inflammatory factor indicators,enhance clinical treatment effectiveness,and be safer and more effective in menopausal patients with uterine fibroids.It is worth promoting and applying.
