反馈式健康宣教在母婴同室产妇产后护理中的临床价值研究

摘　　要：目的研究反馈式健康宣教在母婴同室产妇产后护理中的临床价值。方法选取80例母婴同室产妇,按照随机数字表法分为对照组与观察组,每组40例。对照组采用常规护理,观察组采用反馈式健康宣教。比较两组的护理满意度及生活质量。结果观察组护理满意度97.50%高于对照组的85.00%(P<0.05)。护理后观察组生活质量评分明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论反馈式健康宣教可以提高母婴同室产妇产后生活质量,提升产妇护理满意度,值得临床推广与应用。Objective To study the clinical value of feedback health education in postpartum nursing of mothers and children sharing room.Methods 80 cases were selected and divided into control group and observation group according to random number table method,with 40 cases in each group.The control group received routine nursing,and the observation group received feedback health education.The nursing satisfaction and quality of life of the two groups were compared.Results The nursing satisfaction of observation group was 97.50%higher than that of control group 85.00%(P<0.05).After nursing,the life quality score of observation group was significantly higher than that of control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Feedback health education can improve the quality of postpartum life and improve the satisfaction of maternal nursing,which is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
