摘　　要：疼痛是人类的生命体征,被列为第五大生命体征,同时疼痛也是癌症患者最常见与最难以忍受的症状,癌症相关疼痛严重降低了患者的生活质量。因此控制疼痛是保障患者根本权益最重要的措施,身为医务工作者也有职责与义务尽可能地降低疼痛发生率与疼痛程度。阿片类药物是目前癌症相关疼痛治疗的基石,目前各大指南均推荐对初次使用阿片类药物的患者进行初始滴定,本文对阿片类药物滴定相关概念、研究与应用进展进行总结。Pain is the vital sign of human beings which is listed as the fifth important vital sign.Meanwhile,pain is the most common and unbearable symptom in cancer patients.Cancer-related pain severely reduces the quality of life to cancer patients.Therefore,pain control is the most important measure to protect patients'fundamental rights and interests.As a medical staff,it is the duty and obligation to reduce the incidence and extent of pain for patients.Opioids are currently the cornerstone of cancer-related pain treatment.Guidelines all recommend that patients who used opioids for the first time need to initial titration.This paper summarizes the related concepts,researches and applications of opioid titration.
