摘　　要：结外NK/T细胞淋巴瘤(ENKTCL)是非霍奇金淋巴瘤的少见亚型,先前研究报道其脑转移发生率为5%~6%。ENKTCL脑转移是一种严重且致命的并发症,但由于发生率低,其自然病程及治疗措施尚不明确。本文报道了本院3例ENKTCL脑转移病例,希望为相关诊疗提供参考。NK/T cell lymphoma(ENKTCL)is a rare subtype of non-Hodgkin’s lymphoma,and previous studies report that the incidence of central nervous system(CNS)invasion is about 5%-6%.CNS involvement is a critical and fatal complication,however,due to the rarity,the clinical course and treatment strategies are still unclear.This article reports 3 cases of brain metastasis of ENKTCL in our hospital,hoping to provide information for diagnosis and treatment.
