摘  要:目的输尿管移行上皮癌术后放疗后复发转移的治疗在临床上较为棘手,^(125)I粒子植入可以利用其剂量精准、对周围组织损伤小等优势在其治疗中发挥作用。方法应用3D打印模板联合CT引导^(125)I粒子植入针对盆腔及肺内转移病灶进行治疗。结果经放射性粒子植入治疗后,三部位转移病灶均得到控制。结论^(125)I放射性粒子植入在输尿管移行上皮癌复发/转移病灶治疗中具有重要作用。Objective The treatment of recurrence and metastasis of ureteral transitional epithelial carcinoma after postoperative radiotherapy is difficult in clinical practice.^(125)I seed implantation can play a role in the treatment of ureteral transitional epithelial carcinoma by taking advantage of its precise dose and low damage to surrounding tissues.Methods 3D printing template combined with CT-guided^(125)I seed implantation was used for the treatment of pelvic and pulmonary metastatic lesions.Results After treatment with radioactive particles implantation,three parts of metastatic lesions were under control.Conclusion^(125)I radioactive seed implantation plays an important role in the treatment of recurrent/metastatic ureteral transitional epithelial carcinoma.
