摘  要:在地震等自然灾害面前,医院的物理韧性显得尤为关键,因其直接关系医疗服务的可持续性和应急响应的效能。然而,目前关于医院震后物理韧性的研究相对不足,迫切需要深入探讨医院组织性能在震后应急中的表现和提升策略。文章针对这一问题,采用模型框架搭建方式,构建了基于组织性能的医院震后物理韧性评估模型。该模型综合考虑医院内部设施、人员协同、信息系统等多个因素,全面评估医院在震后应急中的应对能力。研究结果表明,在强调医院内部设施抗震能力的同时,关注人员培训和信息系统的升级同样至关重要。通过模型的实证分析,发现震后物理韧性评估在提升医院组织性能方面具有显著效果,为医院在震后物理韧性的提升提供了有力支持。In the face of natural disasters such as earthquakes,the physical resilience of hospitals is particularly critical,because it is directly related to the sustainability of medical services and the effectiveness of emergency response.However,the current research on the physical toughness of hospitals is relatively insufficient,and it is urgent to explore the performance and improvement strategies of hospital organization performance in post-earthquake emergency response.In this study,a model of physical toughness assessment in hospitals based on tissue performance was constructed by using a model framework.The model comprehensively considers multiple factors such as internal facilities,personnel coordination and information system to comprehensively evaluate the response capacity of hospitals in post-earthquake emergency response.The results show that it is equally critical to focus on personnel training and upgrading of information systems while emphasizing the seismic capacity of internal hospital facilities.Through the empirical analysis of the model,it is found that the physical toughness assessment after the earthquake has a significant effect in improving the organizational performance of the hospital,which provides strong support for the improvement of the hospital after the earthquake.
