摘 要:目的近视已成为一个社会性问题。近年来,越来越多的研究者开始关注周边屈光度,认为周边屈光度对眼球发育起着重要的作用。相对黄斑中心凹而言,正视眼和远视眼的周边视网膜表现为近视离焦;近视眼的周边视网膜表现为远视离焦。因此,将视网膜周边远视性离焦转变为近视性离焦可以控制近视进展。本文就眼周边屈光度与近视的研究进展作一综述。Myopia has become an important public health problem worldwide. In recent years, more and more researchers have begun to pay attention to peripheral refraction, which plays an important role in ocular development. Emmetropia and hyperopia has myopic defocus in the peripheral retinal, while myopia has hyperopic defocus. Therefore, the conversion of hyperopic defocus in peripheral retina to myopia defocus can slow the progression of myopia. This article mainly updates the relationship of peripheral refraction and myopia.
