摘 要:针对离散制造车间中移动智能设备和人员的频繁移动可能带来的安全隐患,提出向离散制造车间引入UWB定位系统,实现人员位置信息的实时采集和可视化。通过运用卡尔曼滤波算法优化定位数据,提高车间人员定位的精度,同时,采用MQTT协议传输数据,保证定位数据的有效性。以离散制造车间实验室为实验平台,利用UWB定位系统分别进行定点和动点测试。结果表明,在定点测试和动点测试中,该系统定位精度分别提高约10.1%和26.2%,定位结果更稳定可靠。Aiming at the potential safety hazards caused by frequent movement of mobile intelligent devices and personnel in discrete manufacturing workshops,a UWB positioning system is proposed to be introduced into the discrete manufacturing workshop to achieve real-time collection and visualization of personnel location information.By using Kalman Filtering algorithm to optimize positioning data and improve the accuracy of workshop personnel positioning.At the same time,MQTT protocol is used to transmit data,ensuring the effectiveness of positioning data.Using the discrete manufacturing workshop laboratory as the experimental platform,the UWB positioning system is used for fixed-point and dynamic point testing.The results showed that the positioning accuracy of the system was improved by about 10.1%and 26.2%in fixed-point testing and dynamic point testing,respectively,and the positioning results were more stable and reliable.
