摘 要:为探索与总结非影像医学专业硕士研究生在影像科规培中的管理及带教经验,通过分析非影像医学专业硕士研究生影像学知识基础、结合影像科轮转的实际,制定并完善相关的规培管理制度,以“一对一带教模式”为主,多种教学模式相结合,让学员在有限的轮转期间高效接受影像学相关知识、技能,以高质量完成轮转计划,提高了学员参与学习的主动性和学习效率。让非影像医学专业学生深入了解影像科的工作特点,熟悉不同影像设备、检查技术的优势和局限性,提高了学员对自己相关专业常见病、多发病的影像学基础诊断能力。科学的管理制度及灵活的教学方式对非本专业学员短期的轮转学习十分重要,能够有效提高学习效率,保证规范化培训的质量。To explore and summarize the management and teaching experience of non-imaging medicine postgraduates in the training of imaging department,by analyzing the imaging knowledge base of non-imaging medical postgraduates,combined with the actual rotation of the imaging department,we improved the relevant training management system,and adopted a variety of teaching modes based on the“one-to-one teaching mode”.Students can efficiently receive imaging-related knowledge and skills and complete the rotation plan with high quality during the limited rotation period.The students’initiative to participate in learning was improved,and the learning efficiency was enhanced.It enables non-imaging majors to deeply understand the characteristics of the imaging department,familiarize themselves with the advantages and limitations of different imaging equipment and inspection techniques,and improve the students’basic imaging diagnostic ability for common and frequentlyoccurring diseases in their own majors.The scientific management system and flexible teaching methods are very important for the short-term rotational learning of non-professional students,which can greatly improve the learning efficiency of students and ensure the quality of standardized training.
