摘  要:为将传统的思想政治理论课对接专业课程,担起课程思政改革的重要职责,以培养专业水平高且思想品德优秀的创新型人才,以长沙理工大学的“船舶原理”课程为例,以国内研究现状为出发点,讨论了课程思政与创新实践对人才培养的必要性,并对其课程思政与课程创新实践改革方案进行了研究探索。通过与学生共同探讨交流,以及分享提升,营造民主、包容和相互尊重的互动共创学习氛围,使学生科研创新能力与课程思政形成协同效应,充分实现专业知识传授与课程思政教育的相辅相成。In order to connect the traditional ideological and political course education with professional courses,and to shoulder the important responsibility of curriculum ideology and politics reform,so as to cultivate innovative talents with high professional level and excellent ideological and moral character,taking the course of Ship Principles of Changsha University of Science and Technology as an example,this paper discusses the necessity of talent and training in the field of curriculum ideology and politics and innovation practice,and studies and explores the reform plan of curriculum ideology and politics and curriculum innovation practice.Through joint discussion and communication with students,sharing and promotion,creating an interactive learning atmosphere of democracy,inclusiveness and mutual respect to get students’scientific research and innovation ability and ideological and political coordination effect of the curriculum,the complementarity of professional knowledge teaching and curriculum ideological and political education is fully realized.
