摘　　要：基于实践研究,提出了“沉浸式”产教融合人才培养模式的理念和方法,阐释了产教融合人才培养的内涵,并深入分析了集成电路设计与集成系统专业的人才培养计划。从集成电路行业所需能力导向人才培养目标的定位、能力递进的课程嵌入方式、“项目中心”、“寓教于乐”等教育方法出发,论述集成电路设计与集成系统专业人才培养的探索和实践,结合学校自身特点予以具体说明,为集成电路行业输送更多急需、紧缺的集成电路设计工程师,服务地方产业,也促进应用型高校的工程教育改革。所研究的成果已经应用到三江学院、河北科技师范学院、黄山学院等应用型人才培养学校。Based on practical research,this paper puts forward the concept and method of“immersive”industry-education integration talent training mode,explains the connotation of industry-education talent training and deeply analyzes the talent training plan of integrated circuit design and integrated system.From the talent training target orientation,course embedded way,education methods,this paper explains integrated circuit design and integrated system professional talent training exploration and practice,combined with the school characteristics,to cultivate design engineers for integrated circuit industry,serve local industry,and promote applied engineering education reform in colleges and universities.The research results have been applied to Sanjiang University,Hebei Normal University of Science and Technology,Huangshan University and other applied talent training schools.
