摘  要:针对普通本科院校软件工程专业在创新人才培养中存在的问题,对传统的教育理念、教学内容、教学方法和培养模式等进行了改革和创新。新的创新人才培养模式依据新工科和工程教育认证对软件工程专业创新人才培养知识、能力及素质等方面的要求,提出以新工科理念为引领,以课程思政教学、工程实践教学、全程贯穿协同育人、理论教学和实践教学建设为重点,同时,结合西部地区特点对软件工程专业人才进行合理定位,优化培养目标,改革培养模式,构建与此相适应的满足社会需要的专业创新人才培养体系。In view of the problems existing in the training of innovative talents for software engineering majors in general undergraduate universities,the traditional educational concept,teaching content,teaching methods and training mode are reformed and innovated.According to the requirements of new engineering and engineering education certification on the cultivation of knowledge,ability and quality of innovative talents for software engineering major,the new training mode of innovative talents is proposed to take the new engineering concept as the guidance,and focus on ideological and political teaching,engineering practice teaching,collaborative education throughout the course,theoretical teaching and practical teaching construction.Based on the characteristics of the western region,the paper makes a reasonable positioning of software engineering talents,optimizes the training objectives,reforms the training mode,and formulates a training system for professional innovative talents that meets the needs of the society.
