摘 要:在我国,开设药学专业的院校众多,但主要以培养研究型人才为主,且培养模式与企业需求存在错位,最终导致药学专业毕业生无法满足医药企业的实际需要。在党中央、国务院“引导部分普通本科高校向应用技术型高校转型”的战略部署下,探索建立应用型本科评价标准和教学体系的工作已经开始在全国范围内稳步向前推进。通过分析当前我国药学专业实验课的现状,借鉴德国、瑞士等国家应用技术大学先进的办学经验,设计产品开发系列实验,聘请企业工程师参与实验教学,取得了较好效果。因此,以产品开发为导向的应用型药学本科生实验课教学模式,对于培养具有国际视野、工匠精神和创新创业能力的高素质应用型药学人才具有重要意义。In our country,there are many universities offering pharmacy majors.However,this kind of teaching mode is misaligned with enterprise needs.As a result,the graduates of pharmacy can not meet the actual needs of pharmaceutical enterprises.Under the strategic deployment of the CPC Central Committee and The State Council to“guide some general undergraduate universities to transform into applicationoriented universities”,the work of exploring the establishment of application-oriented undergraduate evaluation standards and teaching system has begun to move forward steadily across the country.We analyzed the current situation of experimental courses for pharmacy major in our country.By referring to the advanced educational experience of applied technology universities in Germany,Switzerland and other countries,we designed a series of experiments for product development,invited enterprise engineers to participate in experimental teaching,and achieved good results.Therefore,it is great significant to exploration of product-oriented applied pharmacy undergraduate experiment course,which will facilitate to cultivate high-quality applied pharmacy talents with international vision,craftsman spirit and innovative and entrepreneurial ability.
