摘 要:对泰国、菲律宾、新加坡、马来西亚和印尼等五个东盟国家上千名本土中文教师进行问卷调查后发现,新时代东盟中文教师的职业忠诚度水平整体较高,但是行为忠诚度的均值低于情感忠诚度和认知忠诚度。其职业忠诚度在婚姻、族裔、教学岗位、教龄、最高学历上均存在显著差异,并受到动力因素及阻力因素的共同影响。针对研究结果,首先要改善中文教师薪资待遇,为东盟本土中文教师提高职业忠诚度减少后顾之忧;其次要提供精准帮扶,促进东盟本土中文教师职业忠诚度的提升;最后要搭建支持系统,为提高其职业忠诚度提供可靠保障。Through a questionnaire survey of thousands of local Chinese teachers in five ASEAN countries,including Thailand,Indonesia,Malaysia,the Philippines and Singapore,it was found that the overall level of professional loyalty among ASEAN Chinese teachers in the new era is high,but the average level of behavioral loyalty is lower than emotional loyalty and cognitive loyalty,and also found that there were significant differences in the professional loyalty of ASEAN Chinese teachers in terms of marriage,ethnicity,teaching position,teaching experience,and highest academic qualifications,and they are affected by both driving factors and resistance factors.According to the research results,it is proposed to improve the salary and benefits of Chinese teachers,so as to enhance their professional loyalty and reduce the worries for local Chinese teachers in ASEAN;To provide precise assistance to promote the professional loyalty of local Chinese teachers in ASEAN;To build more support systems for local Chinese teachers to provide reliable guarantee for improving their professional loyalty.
