摘　　要：随着人口老龄化的加剧,临床工作中的老年患者数量不断增加。如何保障老年人的健康和权益是临床工作中亟待解决的问题。在临床诊断和治疗中,面对老年患者,麻醉方式、风险的告知是一个极其复杂的过程,需掌握沟通技巧,加强人文关怀,延长麻醉谈话时间,增加麻醉谈话次数。当老年患者本身具有决策能力,患者与家属意见不统一时,麻醉医师应尊重患者本人的意愿。但当患者不具备自主决策能力,则需要患者家属或其代理人代行使其知情同意权,遵循患者利益最大化和风险最小化的原则。知情同意是一个持续的过程,而不是单一的事件,可能需要反复讨论和确认,并在每个阶段进行记录,做到真正的知情同意,从而保护老年患者的权益。With the increasing aging of the population,the number of elderly patients in clinical work is increasing.How to protect the health and rights of the elderly is an urgent problem in clinical work.In clinical diagnosis and treatment,in the face of elderly patients,it is an extremely complicated process to inform anesthesia methods and risks,master communication skills,strengthen humanistic care,extend the time of anesthesia talks,and increase the number of anesthesia talks.When the elderly patient has decision-making ability,the patient and the family do not agree,the anesthesiologist should respect the patient's own will.However,when the patient does not have the ability to make independent decisions,the patient's family members or their agents need to exercise their informed consent on behalf of the patient,following the principle of maximizing the interests of the patient and minimizing the risks.Informed consent is an ongoing process,not a single event,and may require repeated discussions and confirmations,and records at each stage to achieve true informed consent,thereby protecting the rights and interests of elderly patients.
