摘　　要：本文指出与20世纪90年代相比,现代图书的印刷质量稳步提升,散页、掉页、背胶断裂、覆膜气泡、纸张掉色等问题已经得到有效控制,但胶订类图书露胶根现象不时出现,成为困扰印刷行业的一个难题。针对这一难题,本文结合现实中的装订生产过程,介绍了书芯与背胶相关检测标准,分析了容易产生露胶根质量缺陷的多种原因,提出了有针对性的解决方案,调整优化了相关工序参数,改进了特殊情况下的生产工艺,提高了产品质量,减少了产品返修的风险,节约了印刷企业的时间成本,提高了经济效益。This paper points out that compared to the 1990s,the printing quality of modern books has steadily improved,and problems such as loose pages,page dropping,broken back glue,film bubbles,and paper discoloration have been effectively controlled.However,the phenomenon of exposed glue roots in binding books occasionally occurs,becoming a problem that troubles the printing industry.In response to this problem,this paper combines the actual binding production process,introduces the relevant testing standards for book core blocks and back glue,analyzes various reasons for the quality defects of exposed glue roots,proposes targeted solutions,adjusts and optimizes relevant process parameters,improves production processes under special circumstances,improves product quality,reduces the risk of product repair,saves printing enterprises'time costs,and improves economic benefits.
