基于掌上天坛APP卒中患者延续性护理需求的质性研究

摘　　要：目的了解基于掌上天坛APP卒中患者延续性护理需求情况,为此类患者及家属提供有效的延续性护理服务。方法对使用过掌上天坛APP的8例卒中患者和4例家属进行半结构式访谈,通过质性研究现象学分析法对资料进行整理和分析,并提炼“互联网+”延续性护理需求及使用“掌上天坛APP卒中护理门诊”的感受与建议两方面的主题。结果受访者对“互联网+”延续性护理需求的主题分别为肢体康复指导、药物相关知识、了解报销流程等、视频健康教育、居家护理指导、控制危险因素及药物快递到家七大方面的需求;受访者对使用“掌上天坛APP卒中护理门诊”的感受与建议的主题分别为:愿意使用线上互联网护理门诊就诊、使用方便、应答及时、节省时间和专业性强。结论应优化基于掌上天坛APP的“互联网+”延续性护理门诊,健全针对卒中患者的延续性护理方案,提升卒中医疗质量。Objective T o u nderstand t he c ontinuous c are n eeds o f s troke p atients b ased o n t he application(APP),and to provide effective continuous care services for such patients and their families.Methods S emi-structured i nterviews w ere c onducted o n 8 s troke p atients a nd 4 f amily members who had used the APP.The data were sorted and analyzed by means of qualitative study phenomenological analysis.Also,the themes of“Internet+”continuous care needs and the feelings and suggestions of using the“stroke care clinic based on the APP”were extracted.Results T he s ubjects of r espondents’n eeds for“Internet+”c ontinuous c are were:p hysical rehabilitation guidance,drug-related knowledge,understanding the reimbursement process,video health education,home care guidance,control of risk factors,and home delivery of drugs.The respondents’feelings and suggestions about using“stroke care clinic based on the APP”were as follows:willing to use the Internet care clinic,easy to use,timely response,timesaving,and professional.Conclusions The“Internet+”continuous care clinic based on the APP should be optimized to improve the continuous care program for stroke patients and improve the medical quality of stroke.
