摘　　要：目的:分析胃肠道肿瘤根治术后行区域动脉灌注化疗治疗进展期胃肠道肿瘤的临床效果。方法:选取2021年4月—2022年8月信宜市中医院收治的进展期胃肠道肿瘤患者80例作为研究对象,以随机数字表法分为观察组和对照组,各40例。两组均行胃肠道肿瘤根治术,观察组术后采用区域动脉灌注化疗,对照组术后采用静脉新辅助化疗。比较两组治疗效果、不良反应发生情况、术后生存情况。结果:观察组治疗总有效率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P=0.006)。观察组不良反应总发生率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P=0.023)。术后12、18个月,观察组生存率均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:胃肠道肿瘤根治术后行区域动脉灌注化疗治疗进展期胃肠道肿瘤的临床效果较好,不良反应发生率较低,且患者术后生存率较高。Objective:To analyze the clinical effect of regional arterial infusion chemotherapy in the treatment of advanced gastrointestinal tumors after radical resection of gastrointestinal tumors.Methods:A total of 80 patients with advanced gastrointestinal tumors were selected as research subjects at Xinyi Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from April 2021 to August 2022,and were divided into observation group and control group by random number table method,with 40 cases in each.Both groups underwent radical resection of gastrointestinal tumors.The observation group received regional arterial infusion chemotherapy after surgery,while the control group received intravenous neoadjuvant chemotherapy after surgery.The treatment effects,occurrence of adverse reactions,and postoperative survival were compared between the two groups.Results:The total effective rate of treatment in the observation group was higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P=0.006).The total incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group was lower than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P=0.023).12 days after surgery,18 months,the survival rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Regional arterial infusion chemotherapy after radical resection of gastrointestinal tumors has good clinical effects in the treatment of advanced gastrointestinal tumors,with a low incidence of adverse reactions and a high postoperative survival rate.
