摘　　要：社会心理服务体系是国家社会治理体系的重要组成部分,完善的本土化心理学建设与明晰的价值指引是其构建的前置条件,两者都与中国优秀传统文化中的价值系统紧密相联.在社会心理服务体系构建过程中,要看到其与中国梦、人民美好生活实现之间的内在逻辑,进而拓宽其范畴、明确其边界、配置其功能、创新其载体,实现由疏导性向建构性角色的全面转换.在此基础上,从战略高度进行社会心理服务体系的整体设计,从治理角度构建社会心理服务体系的闭合循环,从补救视角强化社会心理服务体系的精准服务,从而推进国家社会治理体系与治理能力现代化.The social psychological service system is an important part of the national social governance system.A sound localized psychology construction and clear value guidance are the prerequisites for its construction.Both are closely related to the value system in the excellent traditional Chinese culture.In the process of construction,it is necessary to see its internal logic with the realization of the Chinese dream and a better life,and then broaden its scope,clarify its boundaries,configure its functions,innovate its carriers,and realize the overall transformation of its guiding role to constructive role.On this basis,the social psychological service system should be designed as a whole from a strategic height;a closed loop should be constructed from a governance perspective;and precise services should be strengthened from a remedial perspective,thereby to promote the modernization of the national governance system and governance capabilities.
