摘  要:健全的智能制造人才实训体系是提高工科专业实践教学质量、培养智能制造领域高级工程人才的重要途径.将制造工程领域的数字孪生技术与当前教育领域的智能制造人才实训体系进行融合,能够显著提高人才培养效果.在对智能制造人才需求及人才实训体系现状分析的基础上,提出了基于数字孪生技术的智能制造人才实训体系建设理念,并尝试构建了包含平台训练、管理、师资等内容的智能制造人才实训体系.最后,以石家庄学院为例,发现该实训体系实施的育人效果显著.A sound training system for intelligent manufacturing talents is an important way to improve the practical teaching quality of engineering majors and train senior engineering talents in the field of intelligent manufacturing.The integration of the digital twin technology in the field of manufacturing engineering with the current intelligent manufacturing talent training system in the field of education can significantly improve the talent training effect.Based on the analysis of the demand for intelligent manufacturing talents and the current situation of talent training system,the concept of constructing an intelligent manufacturing talent training system based on digital twin technology is proposed,and an intelligent manufacturing talent training system including platform training,management,and teaching staff is attempted to be constructed.Finally,taking Shijiazhuang University as an example,it is found that the implementation of this practical training system has a significant educational effect.
