摘　　要：经颈静脉肝内门体分流术是治疗肝硬化门静脉高压及其并发症的关键治疗策略之一。本文主要结合国内四版相关指南和专家共识的推荐意见更新趋势,比较并总结经颈静脉肝内门体分流术在国内的临床应用进展。Transjugular intrahepatic portosystemic shunt(TIPS)is one of the key therapeutic strategies for the treatment of portal hypertension and its complications in liver cirrhosis.In this paper,we compare and summarize the progress of clinical application of TIPS in China,taking into account the updated trend of recommendations in 4 editions of domestic guidelines.
