摘　　要：以昌景黄邻近营业线路基工程项目为依托,在施工前对现场情况进行大量调查,根据邻近营业线施工相关规定和不同部位的具体情况,对涉及的施工内容进行分析;制订地质钻孔、路基开挖、路基帮填、挡墙施工、既有结构拆除等各工序的相关安全、技术措施;通过危险评估,实施针对性的监测项目等,有效保证了营业线安全和工程施工质量。Taking Nanchang—Jingdezhen—Huangshan High Speed Railway neighboring business line foundation project as the basis,a lot of investigations on the site situation are carried out before the construction,according to the relevant regulations on the construction of neighboring business line and the specific situation of different parts,the construction content involved is analyzed,and the relevant safety and technical measures for each process such as geologic drilling,excavation of the roadbed,roadbed helper filling,construction of the retaining wall,and demolition of the existing structure are formulated and the hazard assessment is made,and the targeted monitoring projects are implemented.Through risk assessment and implementation of targeted monitoring programs,the safety of the business line and the quality of the construction work were effectively ensured.
