摘 要:当今社会发展速度加快,企事业员工的离职倾向及行为越发普遍,员工与岗位的匹配问题逐渐受到人们的关注,为了探究岗位匹配度与员工离职倾向之间的关系,采取随机抽样法,使用人岗位匹配量表和离职倾向量表对404名西南地区企事业单位员工进行测量,运用SPSS软件进行数据分析。结果:(1)岗位匹配度与离职倾向在性别、年龄上存在差异;(2)岗位匹配度与离职倾向在学历、职业上存在显著差异;(3)岗位匹配度各维度与离职倾向之间呈显著负相关;(4)通过回归分析,岗位回报、企事业员工特质、岗位特征、人际关系四个维度对离职倾向有预测作用。研究结论:当企事业员工的岗位匹配度越高时,离职倾向得分越低;当岗位匹配度越低时,离职倾向得分越高。With today's social development accelerating,people have diversified channels to obtain employment information,and their outlook on employment has changed.The turnover intention and turnover behavior of employees in enterprises and institutions are becoming more and more common,and the brain drain is frequent,which has a great impact on the development of enterprises and institutions.Therefore,the matching between employees and positions has gradually attracted people's attention.Objective:Explore the relationship between job matching and employee turnover intention.Methods:Random sampling method,and 404 employees of enterprises and institutions in Southwest China were measured with job matching scale and turnover intention scale,and SPSS software is used to analyze the relationship between personal ability,post characteristics,enterprise and institution employee characteristics,post environment,post return,interpersonal relationship and turnover intention.Results:(1)There are differences in gender and age between job matching and turnover intention;(2)There are significant differences between job matching and turnover intention in education and occupation;(3)There is a significant negative correlation between the dimensions of job matching and turnover intention;(4)Through regression analysis,the four dimensions of job return,enterprise and institution employee characteristics,job characteristics and interpersonal relationship can predict turnover intention.Conclusions:The higher the job matching degree of enterprise employees,the lower the turnover intention score;When the position matching degree is lower,the turnover intention score is higher.
