摘  要:针对高速公路的车辙问题,运用硬质沥青技术开发一种综合性能优异的高模量沥青混合料,并对其路用性能指标展开研究。结果表明:采用低标号沥青胶结料可以获得耐久性高模量沥青混合料;采用低标号沥青的混合料在显著提高其高温性能的同时,其低温性能、抗水损害性能没有降低,能够满足路面设计及施工的各项指标要求;高模量沥青路面实体工程的铺筑与现场检测,进一步验证了高模量沥青混合料具有较好的抗变形能力和高温稳定性,同时也可取得较高的经济效益和社会效益。Aiming at the rutting problem of expressway,a kind of high modulus asphalt mixture with excellent comprehensive performance was developed by using hard asphalt technology,and its road performance index was studied.The results show that the asphalt mixture with high modulus of durability can be obtained by using low grade asphalt binder.The mixture of low grade asphalt can significantly improve its high temperature performance,while its low temperature performance and water damage resistance are not reduced,which can meet the requirements of pavement design and construction.High modulus asphalt pavement solid engineering paving and field testing,further verified that high modulus asphalt mixture has better deformation resistance and high temperature stability,but also can obtain higher economic and social benefits.
