摘 要:在京台高速公路德州至齐河段改扩建工程公路桥涵加宽工程中,采用横隔板浇筑方式进行新旧桥横隔板附近钢筋搭接操作,通过湿接缝方式进行箱梁上部横向拼接加宽,构建桥梁改造几何模型。在新桥梁上安装空心板梁,将空心板梁横向进行排放与拼接,实现对高等级公路桥涵的加宽与拼接。与传统的桥涵加宽拼接技术对比分析,提出技术的正应力增量为1.189 MPa,表明此加宽拼接技术能够增加桥梁承载强度,提升桥涵的拼接效果。In the highway bridge and culvert widening project of Dezhou to Qihe Section reconstruction and expansion project of Beijing to Taizhou Expressway,the diaphragm casting method is used to conduct the reinforcement overlapping operation near the diaphragm of the new and old bridges.The upper part of the box girder is horizontally spliced and widened through the wet joint method to build the geometric model of bridge reconstruction.The hollow slab girder is installed on the new bridge,and the hollow slab girder is horizontally discharged and spliced to achieve the widening and splicing of high-grade highway bridges and culverts.Compared with the traditional bridge and culvert widening and splicing technology,it is proposed that the positive stress increment of the technology is 1.189 MPa,which indicates that this widening and splicing technology can increase the bearing strength of the bridge,improve the splicing effect of the bridge and culvert.
