摘  要:实训实践耦合型环境文化的建设对学生的学习效果和专业技能培养有直接影响,是教育改革的关键。研究强调提升学生的学习动机和参与度,以及促进其专业技能与创新能力的重要性。在动漫设计专业群中,实施情境学习、建构学习和协作学习理论被认为对有效学习至关重要,突出了学习环境和社会互动在学习过程中的核心作用。此外,环境文化的发展包括实训室设施的布局、师生互动、学习氛围以及创新精神的培养。The construction of a coupled environment culture of practical training and practice has a direct impact on the learning effectiveness and professional skill development of students,and is the key to educational reform.The study emphasizes the importance of enhancing students'learning motivation and engagement,as well as promoting their professional skills and innovation abilities.In the professional group of anime design,the implementation of situational learning,constructive learning,and collaborative learning theories is considered crucial for effective learning,highlighting the core role of learning environment and social interaction in the learning process.In addition,the development of environmental culture includes the layout of training room facilities,teacher-student interaction,learning atmosphere,and the cultivation of innovative spirit.
