摘　　要：随着大数据、人工智能等数字技术的飞速发展,连锁行业的数字化转型正在持续推进中,这使得高职连锁经营与管理专业人才培养也面临着数字化转型的变革。文章基于行业对数字化人才的需求,聚焦连锁经营与管理专业的数字化人才培养,从定位数字化人才培养目标、构建数字化课程体系、丰富数字化教学内容、提升师资团队的数字化知识和能力、利用数字化教学平台、构建产学研一体数字化实践教学体系等方面提出探讨,从而改进和创新高职院校连锁经营与管理专业数字化人才培养模式。With the rapid development of digital technologies such as big data and artificial intelligence,the digital transformation of the chain industry is continuously advancing,which makes the training of vocational chain operation and management professionals also facing the transformation of digital transformation.This article focuses on the cultivation of digital talents in the chain operation and management major based on the demand for digital talents in the industry.It explores the positioning of digital talent cultivation goals,the construction of a digital curriculum system,the enrichment of digital teaching content,the enhancement of digital knowledge and abilities of teaching teams,the utilization of digital teaching platforms,and the construction of a digital practical teaching system that integrates industry,academia,and research.In order to improve and innovate the digital talent cultivation mode of chain operation and management majors in vocational colleges,this article proposes a digital talent cultivation model.
