科教融汇视域下高职院校科研评价改革的认知基础、逻辑关系和实践策略

摘  要:我国科研评价体系改革全面发力,陆续出台相关政策文件,并针对科研评价各基本要素提出相应改革意见。高职院校开展科研评价改革,首先应建立对科研评价基本的认知,辩证认识科研与教学、定性与定量、行政与学术之间的关系;其次借助科研评价服务平台,构建科研人员数字画像,建立多元评价主体架构;最后以“质量、贡献、绩效”为价值导向,健全多维度分类评价体系,提升科研评价的整体效能和质量。China has made comprehensive efforts to reform its scientific research evaluation system,gradually issuing relevant policy documents and proposing corresponding reform suggestions for the basic elements of scientific research evaluation.To carry out the reform of scientific research evaluation in vocational colleges,the first step is to establish a basic understanding of scientific research evaluation,dialectically understand the relationship between scientific research and teaching,qualitative and quantitative,administrative and academic.Secondly,with the help of scientific research evaluation service platforms,a digital portrait of scientific researchers should be constructed,and a diversified evaluation subject structure should be established.Finally,with"quality,contribution,and performance"as the value orientation,a sound multi-dimensional classification evaluation system should be established to enhance the overall efficiency and quality of scientific research evaluation.
