摘　　要：民族地区医学院校医创深度融合的人才培养是扎实推进健康中国建设的现实要求,是深化医学教育改革与发展的必然选择。当前医创深度融合存在内容不够有特色、医学知识融合度不高;学生认同度不高,师资力量薄弱;平台不够健全,帮扶不够到位等现实问题。基于此,文章提出通过注重特色培育、注重创新能力培育、注重师资培育、注重文化孕育,实现医创深度融合有效运转;通过落实制度帮扶、资金资源帮扶、朋辈帮扶和服务帮扶四个措施为医创深度融合保驾护航,更好地培养创新型、复合型医学人才。The deep integration of medical innovation and talent cultivation in medical colleges in ethnic regions is a practical requirement for solidly promoting the construction of a healthy China,and an inevitable choice for deepening the reform and development of medical education.The current deep integration of medical innovation lacks distinctive content;The integration of medical knowledge is not high;Low student identification and weak teaching staff;The platform is not sound enough,and there are practical problems such as inadequate assistance.Based on this,the article proposes to achieve effective operation of deep integration of medical innovation by focusing on characteristic cultivation,innovation ability cultivation,teacher cultivation,and cultural nurturing;Implementing four measures,namely institutional assistance,financial resource assistance,peer assistance,and service assistance,to ensure the deep integration of medical innovation and better cultivate innovative and versatile medical talents.
