摘 要:如何在“四新”建设中优化人才培养模式及改革教育教学方式是应用型高校关注的热点。文章旨在帮助应用型高校克服专业课程设置不合理、师资团队协作能力不强、协同育人机制不健全等问题,提出在课程群建设过程中打造教师协作共同体,探索协作教学模式,寻求教师合力和增幅,构建应用型人才培养课程结构及课程群与协作教学的保障机制。How to optimize the talent training mode and reform the education and teaching methods in the construction of the"Four New"is a hot topic of concern for applied universities.The article aims to help application-oriented universities overcome problems such as unreasonable professional curriculum design,weak collaborative ability of teacher teams,and incomplete collaborative education mechanisms.It proposes to build a teacher collaborative community in the process of curriculum group construction,explore collaborative teaching models,seek teacher collaboration and increase,and construct a curriculum structure for application-oriented talent cultivation and a guarantee mechanism for curriculum groups and collaborative teaching.
