“三效课堂”教育理念下骨科临床教学模式探索与反思

摘  要:骨科作为对实践能力要求较高的学科,在其临床教学中应着重培养学生的实践以及应变能力,但传统教学理念重“教”而轻“学”对学生自我效能提升不足,在现代社会要求人才培养向应用型转型的大环境下显得不尽如人意。“三效课堂”以“效能为基,效率为桥,效果为矢”,在教育实践中践行“以学为本,先学后教”的教学思路,为人才培养指明了新方向。文章以“三效课堂”教育理念在骨科临床实践课程中的实现路径为例,从理论及实践层面分析了“三效课堂”与传统教学模式的区别,构建了医学院校临床课程教学的新方式。As a discipline that requires high practical abilities,orthopedics should focus on cultivating students'practical and adaptability abilities in its clinical teaching.However,the traditional teaching philosophy emphasizes"teaching"over"learning",which lacks the improvement of students'self-efficacy.In the context of the modern society's demand for talent cultivation to transform into an applied type,it is not satisfactory.The"Three Effect Classroom"takes"efficiency as the foundation,efficiency as the bridge,and effect as the vector"',and practices the teaching philosophy of"learning first,learning first,and teaching later"in educational practice,pointing out a new direction for talent cultivation.The article takes the implementation path ofthe"Three Effect Classroom"education concept in orthopedic clinical practice courses as an example,analyzes the differences between the"Three Effect Classroom"and traditional teaching models from both theoretical and practical perspectives,and constructs a new way for clinical course teaching in medical colleges.
