摘　　要：“酒店管理信息应用实验”是一门理论性和实践性都非常强的课程,但其教学中存在项目之间的连续性、递进性不强,教师演示+学生练习呆板等问题。课题组提出了针对“酒店管理信息应用实验”课程的螺旋式项目化教学法,重新解构整合知识点,精心设计螺旋实验项目,结合螺旋教学环节和课程考核,建立由浅到深、层层递进的课程体系,旨在调动学生的学习兴趣、激发其学习热情,提高学生的操作能力,使其成为满足市场需求的高素质应用型人才。The"Hotel Management Information Application Experiment"is a course with strong theoretical and practical significance,but its teaching has problems such as weak continuity and progression between projects,and rigid teacher demonstrations and student exercises.The research group proposed a spiral project-based teaching method for the"Hotel Management Information Application Experiment"course,deconstructing and integrating knowledge points,carefully designing spiral experimental projects,and combining spiral teaching links and course assessments to establish a progressive curriculum system from shallow to deep,aiming to stimulate students'learning interest,stimulate their learning enthusiasm,improve their operational abilities,and make them high-quality applied talents that meet market demand.
