摘　　要：传统的职业教育缺乏真正意义上的实践性和专业性,但在“类型教育定位职业教育”背景下,高职院校的教育定位由层次教育转变为类型教育。浙海职院积极打造拥有专业技能、“双师”素质、“双师”结构、匠心精神和甘于奉献的教师团队,发掘“技能教育+创新创业教育”“技能教育+特色办学文化”的教育模式,以及开展项目制、师徒制、纵队制模式,坚持以转型升级为战略引领,尝试“以类型教育定位职业教育”,积极开拓职业教育模式的转型发展之路。Traditional vocational education lacks true practicality and professionalism,but in the context of"type education positioning vocational education",the education positioning of vocational colleges has changed from hierarchical education to type education.Zhejiang International Maritime College actively builds a teacher team with professional skills,"dual teacher"quality,"dual teacher"structure,craftsmanship spirit,and dedication,explores the education model of"skill education+innovation and entrepreneurship education"and"skill education+characteristic school culture",as well as carries out project-based,apprenticeship based,and column based models,adheres to the strategic guidance of transformation and upgrading,attempts to"position vocational education based on type education",and actively explores the path of transformation and development of vocational education models.
