摘  要:盾构在浅覆土软弱地层中穿越对沉降量极为敏感的老旧建筑物时,施工不当可能对建筑物造成严重影响,施工风险极大。本文结合福州地铁4号线前锦出入段线盾构穿越老旧民房区为例,通过采取盾构机设备选型、改良掘进面渣土、克泥效注入及注浆等一系列主动措施,解决地表老旧民房建筑沉降变形难题,使盾构顺利穿越,体现该施工技术的实用性,可为今后类似工程提供借鉴。When the shield passes through the old buildings that are very sensitive to the settlement in the shallow soft ground,the improper construction may have a serious impact on the buildings,and the construction risk is great.In this paper,taking the shield of Qianjin entrance and exit section of Fuzhou Metro Line 4 as an example,through selecting shield tunneling equipment,combing the shield construction process,calculating the shield process parameters and grouting,the problem of settlement and deformation of old residential buildings on the surface were solved,the project can be successfully be completed,which can provide reference for similar projects in the future.
